Receiving faulty or damaged goods
In the unlikely event that you receive goods damaged in transit or faulty goods please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will either offer a full refund, exchange the goods or replace the faulty or damaged part. Please open all packages with care and keep the packaging in case goods need to be returned. 

Please remember that you will be responsible for the goods until we receive them back.

Sizing problems (items not fitting)
Please do not return a product that you think does not fit before contacting us, because we have a process to triage these cases and resolve them. This can happen for two reasons: (a) item doesn't seem to fit tyre; or (b) item doesn't seem to fit the vehicle (due to clearance between tyre and obstructions, or due to lack of hand access to fit it).

Regrettably tyre sizes are not exact measurements because tyres vary by model and with wear, which is why we recommend trial fitting (without driving on them). If you think the product supplied is not a good fit, please contact us by phone or email so we can investigate and assess possible solutions.

Returns

Please comply with the following:
Keep the goods in an unused and unmarked condition with the original packaging, then contact us by e-mail or phone to confirm your intention.

*Snow socks or snow chains that have been taken to Europe where they are a legal compliance requirement are considered to have been used. Consumer law states that consumers have a 14 day cooling off period, however this does not apply when buying an insurance or compliance product.

  • Return the goods within 14 days *unused and in the original packaging for a full refund less outbound delivery cost. 
  • Return the goods within 15 and 28 days of the delivery date, and the returned items will incur a re-stocking fee of 20%
  • Beyond 28 days we are only able to offer part exchange.

Please include some paperwork so we can identify the sender.
For peace of mind either return them yourself or ensure you use a delivery method that requires proof-of-delivery.

Warranty
All Konig products are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. All other products are guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. To claim under the manufacturer warranty, any defects must be identified prior to use and reported to us via email.
