7mm profile for low clearance applications
Special twisted links which reduces chain thickness to 7mm
Thinnest snow chain in the world, for vehicles where clearance is tight.
Chain supplied may be branded CK-7 or CB-7 (all equivalent Konig products)
Certifications: O-Norm 5117, CUNA, UNI 113113, TUV

Please note: very few vehicles can take a 7mm chain that cannot take a 9mm chain. The latter is better value (Zip 9) and is available with auto-tensioning (Zip Ultra), so check your clearance to see if your vehicle can accomodate those for a better value choice.

Please check your owners handbook to ensure snow chain suitability.

1. Verify you have noted the numbers correctly from the tyre.

2. If you have navigated to a specific category or product page, only tyre sizes covered by that product/category will be shown. To search across all our ranges, please use the tyre size box on the homepage.

Fitting a manually tensioned snow chain

How to fit a manual tensioning quick-fit snow chain such as the Polar 9mm/16mm, Zip-9 or Zip Transport.

Please check vehicle manufacturer’s handbook for specific recommendations regarding the use and fitting of snow chains. We recommend a trial fitting once you receive your chains to check they fit and that there are no clearance issues. We keep our fitting and clearance listings as up to date as possible, but as there are so many variations of vehicle and tyre size combinations it is the user’s responsibility to ensure the chain is suitable for their vehicle. Please note chains cannot be driven on non-snow covered roads and therefore it is not possible to trial fit a K-Summit.
